Nosegay Public school

We are proud to offer a breath of learning for our young people and the breadth of skills they will need to take their place as tomorrow's leaders. We do so in the form of a set of principles we hope will ensure that, with experience, compassion and modesty, they practice that leadership.

I hope you find our website useful to get to know our school a little better. It offers a snapshot of some of the impressive variety of activities and possibilities provided to our students and also features messages from key individuals whose collective vision has made Nosegay what it is today.

It may be beneficial for you, as the newly named principal of the school, to gain insight into my philosophy of education and to express my expectations and ambitions for the next stage of our journey.

Nosegay was created to be distinctive and distinct, and I believe that it has stayed true to that vision. It's an excellent school, but it's also exploratory; we want to cultivate a sense of academic curiosity and we want to bring kids into the world feeling optimistic and knowing they can make a difference for the better.

It is incredibly important to do what is being done here, and we inspire young people to see that they can not only grow their own talents but can step beyond themselves and promote a sense of responsibility to the broader community and to the betterment of the world at large.

The essence of all that we strive to instil in our students is to know who you are and to recognize the ideals that will sustain you and must remain unchanged throughout your life, while being versatile, agile and able to adapt to the demands of this rapidly-paced modern society.

I see amazing things happening every day here; all of them unannounced, all of them cumulative, significant and disruptive, not necessarily newsworthy, but all of them. It seems to me that they are the product of a culture where a wide variety of people are well identified and embraced by every one of our students.

We recognize that success in educating our students to the fullest relies on the collaboration we share with parents, guardians, teachers and the supportive environment at Nosegay.
