The International Community School

In 1974, one of the oldest ICSE syllabus schools in Nilgiris was founded as the International Community School. The school has preserved its core principles of Integrated Education for 45 years, and the emphasis is on LEARNING BY DOING, with engaging and dedicated teaching methods and special attention to sound English communication.

Personal growth is of utmost significance, with the core fields of character-building, interpersonal skills and communication skills being the primary outcomes. The members of the ICS Governing Council are a team of practitioners from different backgrounds, with a mutual dedication to comprehensive education.
