Nageen Chand Jain, my father, mentor, and founder chairman of Nageen Group, believed and wanted that if India is to be a vibrant and competitive nation in the global economy, each individual must thrive. I decided to build a system of education under his capable leadership that will set the course for future generations to find their life's mission, because I understand the importance of research methodologies and constant perseverance in generating ideas that define success and achievements for each of us.Every day, students, staff, and clients at Nageen Group discover who they are and what they may become, thanks to the extraordinary efforts of our team, as well as the participation of our shareholders and advisory board. We are able to flourish together because we take the time to understand and develop each individual—we have more smiles to share with each other.I am grateful to my support system for their unwavering faith in my ability to lead Nageen Group ahead and to prominence.
