In July 1869, All Saints' College was established with just two pupils and Miss Bradbury as their instructor. The school, known as the "Diocesan Girls' High School," was established at "Stoneleigh," the location of the Ramsay Hospital today.
After that, it was moved to Petersfield, where Balika Vidya Mandir is now located, and finally to "Brandsdale," where the Uttarakhand High Court is currently located. In the end, the school moved to Ayarpata Hill in 1892.
That same year, the school was taken over by the Anglican religious order All Saints' Sisters, and it was renamed All Saints' School. The current main building's foundation stone was placed in 1893.
After the Diocese of Lucknow acquired the estate in 1915, the Holy Family Sisters took over as the school's administrators. Originally the teacher training college, the current Junior School Building was taken on by the All Saints' College Society, the chairman of which is the bishop of the Diocese of Agra (The Church of North India).
This school is a residential college for girls that also offers day classes in English. It is under the control of the All Saints’ College Society and is registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860.
