Sri Dashmesh Academy

It gives me great happiness to know that the Sri Anandpur Sahib New Website Portal is being launched by Sri Dasmesh Academy. 

The Khalsa Panth at Sri Anandpur Sahib was founded by Sri Guru Gobind Singh ji in 1699. Sri Anandpur Sahib acquired prominence on the world map from that day onwards and became a position of historical significance. It has guided my mind to such an extent that my vision for the development of the Sri Dasmesh Academy has germinated. An institution that not only strives to provide education but also to impart values and imbue our gurus with the richness of ethics. In training young children to become courageous and committed citizens of the world, the Sri Dasmesh Academy functions as a cradle. The Academy has completed its 40 years of excellence, evolving remarkably and establishing a niche for itself. It aims at enlightening and energizing young minds to make them understand their duty as future leaders.

Sardar Prakash Singh Badal's brainchild, Punjab's former Chief Minister and Sri Dasmesh Academy Trust's founding chairman to provide public school education to children from rural areas of Punjab and defense wards, Paramilitary and police forces personnel who were successful in 1978 in the form of Sri Dasmesh Academy, Sri Anandpur Sahib. The Academy has increased its leaps and limits over the last four decades and can boast of addressing the growing challenges in the field of education by providing quality education to the rural masses of Punjab in Sri Anandpur Sahib's inspiring and natural scenic environment. In the context of the number of students entering the Defence forces and Civil Services as officers and holding respectable roles in society, testimony to this argument is seen. As a team, we, the staff and students have tried to meet the public's standards and our effort will be to improve our role in the field of school education through academic achievement, athletic success and other positive activities in the coming years.
